Stacey Gutman

Dr. Stacey Gutman completed her masters degree in counseling psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent therapy, followed by her doctorate in clinical psychology at Chestnut Hill College. Though her training and career, she has focused her experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is experienced in a wide range of presenting problems including behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational difficulties, and family conflict. Dr. Stacey approaches individuals and families understanding that there are many systemic factors that can impact each person. Her focus is on supporting the family in addition to helping the individual as they learn skills and develop coping strategies.

Dr. Stacey also conducts assessments. Her assessments are able to look at a wide range of areas including cognitive abilities (IQ), academic difficulties, attentional concerns (ADHD), evaluating mood / personality (Anxiety, Depression, etc.), and assessing for Autism Spectrum Disorder. Assessments provide key information on how an individual learns, approaches tasks, and where their strengths and weaknesses are. This information helps Dr. Stacey provide individualized recommendations to help maximize success.
